Article 1 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

    • Business Name: Cycling Iceberg (Trade name: cyclocross social)

    • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Number: 91417805

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Cycling Iceberg and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer via the website cyclingiceberg.com.

Article 3 – The Offer and Pre-orders

    1. The product offered is the physical book “The Cycling Iceberg” (€26.00 including VAT, excluding shipping costs).
    2. The product is currently offered as a Pre-order. This means the book is in production and not yet in stock.
    3. The estimated shipping month is clearly stated in the product description on the website. This date is indicative; in the event of unforeseen production delays, the customer will be informed via email.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is finalized at the moment the consumer completes the order process on the website and the payment is successfully fulfilled. Following the order, the consumer will immediately receive a confirmation via email.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

    1. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT.
    2. Payment must be made upfront through the payment methods provided on the website (Mollie/iDEAL and PayPal).
    3. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the shipping zone.

Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery

    1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
    2. Due to its dimensions (24 x 17 x 4 cm) and weight (approx. 800-900g), the book is always sent as a parcel (not mailbox post) via PostNL or DHL.
    3. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
    4. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive a Track & Trace code via Sendcloud.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

    1. The consumer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt of the product without providing a reason.
    2. After cancellation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
    3. The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.
    4. Cycling Iceberg will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return. The costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the consumer.

Article 8 – Complaints and Disputes

    1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to cyclingiceberg@gmail.com within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
    2. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
